πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ Move Your Body. Strengthen Your Mind. Improve Your Wellbeing.

Did you know that physical activity is one of the most effective ways to support mental health recovery?

Moving Towards Wellness at Pine Rivers Private Hospital is a unique group program that combines psychological support with exercise physiology to help participants improve both their physical and emotional wellbeing.

This program is designed for individuals living with mental health challenges who are looking to:

βœ… Increase motivation and energy levels
βœ… Improve sleep and self-care habits
βœ… Build confidence and self-esteem
βœ… Learn practical strategies for healthier living
βœ… Understand the connection between movement, nutrition and mental wellbeing
βœ… Develop mindfulness and resilience skills
βœ… Create achievable lifestyle goals that support long-term recovery

Unlike a traditional exercise program, Moving Towards Wellness focuses on the whole person, helping participants make positive, sustainable changes while receiving support from experienced mental health professionals.
