Back by popular demand, we’re delighted to announce the return of Mental Health Toolkit: Essential Skills in Primary Care.
Inside the Mind: Practical Psychiatry for Primary Care is our full‑day, CPD‑accredited conference for General Practitioners.

Following the highly successful re‑introduction in 2025, this Saturday session forms part of our GP learning platform, and this much‑loved event is officially confirmed and open for registrations!

👋Welcome Dr Saman Alehossein!

This month we are delighted to welcome Dr Saman Alehossein to Pine Rivers Private Hospital!

Dr Saman Alehossein is a Consultant Psychiatrist who obtained his medical degree from Griffith University on the Gold Coast in 2016 and completed his specialist training in psychiatry in Brisbane.

His clinical interests include;
◾Mood Disorder
◾Anxiety disorders
◾Psychotic disorders
◾Trauma-related conditions
◾Older adult psychiatry
◾Eating disorders

Taking a thoughtful, holistic, and collaborative approach to care, aiming to provide a relaxed and approachable environment, working with people to develop practical strategies to better understand and manage their mental health, Dr Saman is accepting referrals now and has availability this month.

Dr Saman works both in inpatient admission and outpatient consultations for patients.
