We are pleased to welcome Dr Venkat Naga, Consultant Psychiatrist, to Pine Rivers Private Hospital.

Dr Venkat supports both inpatient and outpatient mental health services and works with adults experiencing:

Agreements have been reached for Healthscope’s remaining hospitals and operations to transition to a group of healthcare operators led by Calvary Health Care, alongside Healthe Care, ACURIO Health and KnG Group.

Importantly, our hospitals will continue to operate and care for their communities, with continuity of operations and employment for frontline hospital staff guaranteed under the agreements.

The proposed transactions are targeted for completion by 30 November 2026, subject to the required regulatory approvals. Until then, our focus remains where it has always been: supporting our people, doctors and partners to continue delivering outstanding care to our patients.

The past 16 months have brought significant change and uncertainty, and we’re incredibly proud of the professionalism, resilience and commitment our people have shown throughout.

We’ll continue working closely with the incoming operators over the coming months to support a smooth transition for our patients, people and doctors.

At Pine Rivers Private Hospital, we offer a range of outpatient group programs designed to support people living with a variety of mental health conditions.

Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, emotional wellbeing, or other mental health concerns, we have a variety of programs tailored to different needs and stages of recovery.
