Authentic Alchemy Retreat.. another year completed 💌

There are simply no words. How do we put into words something that can only be felt?

Thank you to another group of incredible women. For simply being you.

Thank you to everyone who has attended one of our retreats. This year and the year before.

We love you all and can’t wait to see some of your faces at a BRAND NEW beautiful space and piece of land in February next year 🤎

Authentic Alchemy’s first MINI RETREAT 🤲🏼🌹🕯️🧘🏽‍♀️

Sunday was everything we needed to end the week and begin a new one.

I space for everyone to let their hair down, drop the masks, relax the shoulders & jaw, and simply be, exactly as they are. No stress, no judgement, no pretending.
Connection and deep reflection with likeminded women.

Me moved through a slow and intentional yoga, with our beautiful yogi The Possible Collective• Natalie Taylor

Sipped cacao and opened our hearts with Kaydee Guihot

Painted our own candles in silence with the incredible lelas_cosmos whilst Vanessa Fang | Transformational Coach & Sound Alchemist took us on a deeply relaxing sound journey.
A meditative experience intertwining art with sound with no talking inbetween. Some of us even fell asleep 😴

Incredible slow cooked pulled pork and homemade coleslaw cooked WITH LOVE and the finest ingredients as always by our master chef and mama bear Sammy Rebholz (no pictures taken, whoops!!!)

Thank you to our incredible facilitators for holding space the way you do. We love you and appreciate you always.

But most of all, thank you to each and every one of the incredible women who showed up for themselves with honesty, bravery and curiosity. You all make this world a better place, and we are so honoured we get to witness it every time. It never fails to amaze us.

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to create these much needed spaces for people to slow down in a fast paced world.

Our last retreat for 2026 has sold out just a few days after we very subtly announced the dates.. it feels surreal and we are so unbelievably grateful to everyone who has shown us support and continues to show us support. Thank you so much 🙏🏻

We have people coming that have attended 2 and 3 times.. wow. Our hearts are full. September, you are going to be the most incredible end to yet another magic Authentic Alchemy year!
