Anyone who knows Bindi, Lola and Lulu have probably seen these behaviours.
You are part of their lives and why they feel safe and happy.
Feeling safe is important for all of us.

Taking time out is an important part of maintaining emotional wellbeing and managing life’s challenges. Giving ourselves permission to pause, step away from stressful situations, and create space to breathe can help us process our emotions rather than reacting impulsively. Practising emotional regulation allows us to recognise what we are feeling, understand what may be triggering those emotions, and choose healthy ways to respond. Whether it is through quiet reflection, deep breathing, exercise, mindfulness, or simply spending time doing something we enjoy, taking a break can help restore our sense of calm, improve our perspective, and build resilience. Making time for ourselves is not selfish—it is an essential part of looking after our emotional health and being able to respond to others and situations in a more balanced and positive way.
