This was my 6th Breathwork journey in 7 weeks that I have been in Ubud.
Breathwork is my devotion to the wisdom of my body & heart.
I don’t have a destination with it. It’s not about releasing, or letting go, but discovering.
Discovering what the whispers of my body want to tell me.
I have no fear around ‘what will be’, but curiosity to explore what is coming up at the present moment.
As with each inhale, I open up my heart to receiving what is already there for me.
With each exhale, I teach my nervous system, my body, and mind to surrender.
My body knows its okay to release anxiety, stress. My mind becomes clearer. My Sacral becomes purer. I harmonise my feminine & masculine. I detox. I have epiphanies that no talking therapy would bring to me.
As I FEEL, I begin to trust in my body, and so in the flow of life.
Breathwork is about humility.
Every time I lay down on the mat to breathe, I accept that I know NOTHING.
I surrender my wants, my ego, my fear of rejection, my shame, my insecurities, my resentment, my anger to my breath.
Nobody has control over myself! The ‘work’ comes from my own intention, my own power!
Laying on the mat to breathe is about facing the Truth that I am all of what consists in this Universe: darkness & light.
As I allow the natural process of transmutation to unfold within me, I start to shift the way I receive my ‘body symptoms, my ego symptoms’ - I surrender to ACCEPTANCE.
The more I accept about myself, more compassion I have towards the other.
The more I lay on the mat to surrender to my own vulnerabilities, more deeper I can see the other and be of service, of guidance, of presence to their authentic wholeness.
More united my inner world feels - less fragmented - more embodied in the vibration I want to express into this world - some may call this purpose.
Breathwork is the ‘juice’ I drink to fulfil my inner vision of a world that is kinder, more loving, more harmonised, more aware, more peaceful.
I feel & become one with the aliveness of love in my cells.
❤️If you are new to conscious connected breathing, starting with a weekly practice with the right guidance is a safe way to go on this journey. The space holder carries the frequency you will be receiving - this is the cherry on the top of the cake! If you have gone through PTSD, deep trauma, and/or have a fragile nervous system, it’d be safer to avoid group sessions. Doing ‘rage work’ in a group setting could be too intense for your NS to receive that amount of trigger. You don’t need to go with crowd. Be humble and honest with yourself first 🙏🏿
