Today we are walking 24km to support young people living with a disability đź’™

Every step is a reminder that movement matters — not just for our own health, but for creating opportunities, inclusion, and better support for those who need it most. For many, something as simple as walking freely isn’t guaranteed, which is why raising awareness and funds is so important.

If you’re able to, please consider donating or sharing. Your support helps provide resources, access, and brighter futures for young people and their families.

Let’s make every step count 👣

March is Kidney Month

It’s a great reminder of how important our kidneys are for overall health. These vital organs work around the clock to filter waste from the blood, balance fluids, regulate blood pressure, and support many essential body functions.

Regular exercise plays a powerful role in supporting kidney health. Staying active helps control blood pressure, maintain a healthy weight, and improve blood sugar levels—all key factors in reducing the risk of kidney disease. Exercise also improves circulation, supports heart health, and helps reduce inflammation, which can place less strain on the kidneys.

Even simple activities like walking, strength training, cycling, or swimming can make a meaningful difference.

To all of our amazing members and staff — thank you for showing up, supporting one another, and inspiring strength every single day. Whether you’re lifting heavier, moving your body for your health, returning after having babies, juggling work and family, or simply taking time for yourself.

We’re proud to be surrounded by such strong and inspiring women.
