It’s been a while since I’ve posted.

What started as a short break from social media became a much longer one. I needed some time away from the pressure of posting regularly, while focusing on the business, supporting clients and planning what comes next.

And now, that next chapter is here.

Today is our final day on the Sunshine Coast, and tomorrow we hit the road for Tasmania.

Along with the move, the business will also be entering a new chapter with a new name, brand and broader direction. There has been plenty happening behind the scenes, and I’m looking forward to sharing more once we are settled in Hobart.

For now, it is time to pack up, head south and say thank you to the Sunshine Coast for being such an important part of our story.

Big things are coming.

At Mindful Men, we do Mental Health OT!

If you have an NDIS plan with psychosocial supports, you may be eligible for occupational therapy to help with mental health. This includes support for anxiety, depression, PTSD, schizophrenia, bipolar and more.

We help build daily routines, manage emotions, improve community participation, and increase independence. We work towards your goals — at home, at work, and in life.

Don't have a psychosocial disability? That's OK! We can still work with you to build your capacity and achieve your goals.
