I combine and share a range of holistic practices in order to assist you on your unique personal journey, be it to overcome your challenges, to improve your body/mind/spirit connection, to heal, have deep transformation, to break current and intergenerational cycles or just to simply reset, rejuvenate a

nd be held in the most sacred container. I aim to create an experience that will not only make you feel extreme relaxation, love and nurturing, but to also help with deep transformation and improvement for your mental, emotional, physical and energetic bodies. I pride myself on being able to create space for my clients to feel held, open their hearts to love and to feel supported while being brought back to optimal health and happiness.

I don’t think I’ll ever be able to properly explain UNBOUND in a Facebook post. It’s something you really have to experience in the room.

At our first event, people arrived not quite knowing what to expect. Over three hours, we breathed, moved, explored, cried, laughed, shook, released, received and connected.

Watching people leave feeling lighter, clearer, excited and more connected to themselves was honestly so beautiful. I knew we had to do it again.

So UNBOUND is coming back to Bli Bli on Saturday 5 September 🤍

We’ll be moving through ancestral healing and discovery, multidimensional energy healing, sound, somatic release, breathwork, connection and energetic gift activation.

You don’t need to know exactly what you want to release, and you don’t need any previous experience. You can simply come as you are and experience it for yourself.

Last week I shared that I had one place remaining in my Spirit Womb Healing Massage Practitioner Training beginning on 6th August.

Since then, I've spoken with a number of women who felt deeply called to this work, but the timing or financial investment simply wasn't possible.

I couldn't stop thinking about those conversations.

So I've decided to open one supported practitioner place for this intake.

This isn't something I normally do, but it felt like the right thing to do if it means the woman who's meant to be in this training can be there.

Over four immersive days on the Sunshine Coast, you'll learn to confidently facilitate:

Far out guys... we became UNBOUND. 🤍
As some of you know, last month I held the very first UNBOUND here on the Sunshine Coast.

An event I've been birthing over the past year to create a space for those who are ready to break the cycles that no longer belong to them and remember who they truly are.
To be honest, I had no idea how it would be received.
What unfolded in that room was something I'll never forget.
Over three hours, we laughed, cried, breathed, released, connected and witnessed one another in the most beautiful way. People walked in as strangers and left feeling like family.

Reading the messages afterwards honestly brought tears to my eyes.
"Wow... this event is a must. Three hours of bliss, emotion, boundaries pushed, laughter and love. I'd be there every Sunday if it were an option."
