We are looking for a superstar Early Intervention Practitioner to join our team!

Are you confident and experienced in supporting with children with developmental delays and disabilities?
We're looking for someone special to join our growing team.
This role could be the perfect fit for:
« Developmental Educators
« Early Childhood Teachers with experience supporting children with disability
« Inclusion Teachers
« Paediatric Allied Health Professionals
This is a part-time or casual position, with flexible hours and beginning with a small case load - with the opportunity to grow as our service continues to expand.
We're looking for someone who:
💚 Loves building genuine relationships with children and their families.
💚 Communicates with warmth, confidence and professionalism.
💚 Is organised, punctual, and proactive.
💚 Enjoys a challenge, thinks creatively, and isn't afraid to think outside the box.
💚 Has a passion for understanding child development and neurodivergence, and is committed to ongoing learning and professional growth.
💚 Has experience supporting children with developmental delays, disabilities and/or complex support needs, and genuinely loves this work.
💚 Can think on their feet, adapt their approach in the moment, and make flexible, responsive decisions while maintaining trust and connection with children—even (especially!) during challenging moments.
💚 Has strong self-regulation skills and experience supporting the regulation of children in a calm, respectful way.
💚 Understands that all behaviour is a form of communication. Sees beyond the behaviour, to the child underneath and approaches challenges with empathy, curiosity and compassion.
💚 Shares our values of helping children to discover their strengths, grow their skills, and to nurture their sense of safety and belonging.
💚 Is able to travel throughout the southern Sunshine Coast, QLD region, with occasional travel around broader Sunshine Coast region if required.
Essential requirements:
✔ Relevant qualification and eligibility for professional registration
✔ Current Blue Card or Blue Card Exemption
✔ Current driver's license
✔ Own Vehicle
✔ Ability to travel across the Sunshine Coast region
