Hi, I'm Silke, Clinical hypnotherapist, NLP Master Pract, Member and Supervisor of the AHA and ASCH

I’ve helped thousands of clients overcome anxiety, fears, phobias, and patterns they thought they’d be stuck with forever. My approach is calm, science-backed, and actually works, even when nothing else has.

I specialise in anxiety hypnotherapy, but also work with confidence, grief, habits, quit smoking & va**ng, weight loss and more.
Sessions are available both online and in-person from my Hypnotherapy clinic on the Sunshine Coast.

I’m on a bit of a Pure Mastery high…

It’s certainly super special to be teaching experienced hypnotherapists and NLPers who just want to learn, grow and refine.
It was such an honour to teach you lot: brilliant questions, massive insights , lots of shifts and so much laughter.

I am so excited about the next few days....
I’m off to Brisbane to teach a professional development course for hypnotherapists!
These are already qualified practitioners who want to sharpen their skills and get even better client results.

After 16+ years working full-time in clinical hypnotherapy and NLP I’ve got a lot of experience to share. Both from my full-time clinical practice and as Supervisor for the AHA and ASCH.

Getting to the real root of an issue quickly and helping clients create lasting change is what I do.

And teaching and supervising other hypnotherapists keeps my skills always up to date which means the people who work with me benefit from a level of insight, knowledge and skill that only comes with time, experience, and ongoing refinement.

When I teach, I distill all that real-world experience into super practical tools Hypnotherapists can use with their clients straight away.

And for my own clients that means I’m constantly refining, updating, and deepening the work I do. So with me you get the best of what’s out there.

Well that was a great workshop. Thank you alba for having me present on the mind and the brain at the amazing “Aging gracefully” workshop…

I was so impressed with the curiosity of all the wonderful participants , how they just absorbed all the information , reflected and asked amazing questions!

Thanks to all the other presenters!! You were all the bomb and we just complemented each others presentations Beautifully!

🌟 The Cairns Anxiety Workshop Was a Huge Success! 🌟

I’m still buzzing from last week’s workshop in Cairns — what an incredible afternoon!

The room was full of people who were ready to learn, shift, and find new ways to break free from anxiety.

We dove into neuroscience-backed tools for anxiety and explored exactly how anxiety hypnotherapy works with the subconscious mind — the part of you that actually creates anxiety.

The feedback was fantastic! Attendees said they:
💛 Learned practical tools they can use straight away
💛 Felt calmer, lighter, and more in control by the end of the day
💛 Now feel much better equipped to deal with anxiety — for real, lasting change

I'm so grateful every day—for the exceptional training I received, for the 16 years of experience that have shaped my work, and most of all, for the trust my clients place in me. I don't ever take any of that for granted.
