So it’s officially time for me to let you guys know we have a podcast! It’s a little baby one at the moment with a very ‘rustic’ vibe (me in my office with my phone 😂) but we have 3 episodes out now and I am so so excited about the way that it has allowed me to start sharing in such a different way! Right now where I am in the world the Moon is not only at her fullest, it’s also the biggest super moon of the year, a blue moon and in Pisces. Pisces is a sign of emotions, empathy, creativity and love. So please be kind to yourself. It makes sense if you are feeling heightened emotions, your brain is unpicking things you thought it was done with or you find yourself drawn to be around people and to create. (Yes I know I’m literally a girl with a nose ring telling you to blame the moon right now 😂) Here is a gentle reminder that you are deserving of rest, nourishment and love, there isn’t anything you need to do to earn them. Use this energy to manifest, to lean INTO those wounds that are opening up and hear what your heart has to say, journal it and create. As always if you need an ear, my inbox is open. ☺️

I hope today is a good day. I hope you get every green light, your coffee tastes extra good and you get smiled at by strangers. I hope you have only pleasant interactions and find satisfaction in anything you get to accomplish today, even if it’s just managing to drink a glass of water or you get to press your snooze button the perfect amount of times. You are deserving of love and kindness and beauty, and you do not have to earn joy, rest or nourishment. Wherever in the world you are, I’m in your corner cheering you on.
