We've been a little quiet on here of late..
Both busy juggling our work that we love with the joys (and challenges) of parenting.. and life !
We are seeing more people slip into sleep during their treatments, allowing the restful energy that comes with Winter to take over.
It is a time to slow down, sip tea, stay warm and snuggle up with a good book π. Life has become so incredibly fast paced and full that taking time out for a meaningful and intentional pause is absolutely essential.
A few of my favourite ways to create space for stillness are:
A mindful moment in the morning sun βοΈ
A cup of chai or cacao with a little snack for afternoon teaΒ βοΈ
A DIY magnesium foot soak in the evening.. with a few essential oils for added luxury π
Every time we deliberately slow down we give the nervous system a chance to recalibrate.

Laura is off to Bali tomorrow!! Follow along for a little glimpse into some of her adventures. Heidi is covering a few extra days but is almost booked out for the next 2 weeks.
