Casual Receptionist Position!

My Parklands Physio, My Sippy Downs Physio, My Brightwater Physio is looking for a friendly, reliable and organised Casual Receptionist to join our team.

We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, can multitask in a busy environment, and has a positive and welcoming attitude.

Regular rostered days:

• Monday
• Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
• Friday

Saturday morning shifts are also available. These are lighter workload shifts and attract additional pay rates.

There will also be opportunities for additional shifts when other staff members are on leave, with hours potentially increasing up to full-time during these periods.

Previous experience in physiotherapy reception is welcomed but not essential. Experience using Nookal would also be an advantage, however training can be provided.

The role may include:
• Greeting and assisting patients
• Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
• Booking and managing appointments
• Processing payments and health fund claims
• General administration and reception duties

• Friendly and professional
• Well organised with good attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and flexible with availability

The position will be well above award rates + a bonus system.

Offering a varied case load and all the support necessary to help you reach your professional goals. Private patients, Medicare, WorkCover, DVA, packaged care and NDIS clientele.
