Wishing all of our valued clients and families a wonderful Christmas and New Year! We thank you for your support throughout 2022.

Adapt Health Care will be closed from 4pm Friday 23rd December and will reopen on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.

During this closure period, we may be able to provide support with urgent referrals through our trusted subcontractor network. Please send any urgent referrals to [email protected].

All other enquiries and referrals will be responded to upon our return on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.

They did it! Congratulations to our wonderful Physios Jamie, Yvette and Leanne for completing the 30km Coastrek last Friday in 8 hours!

It was a special and inspiring day for the team as they walked to raise awareness and funds for mental health - a topic close to their hearts. 2100 people, mostly women, also walked the scenic route along the northern half of the Sunshine Coast. The team reported that the weather was perfect and sunny.

The team raised a whopping $3500 in total, with the whole event raising $1.4 million for Beyond Blue. Thanks to all who donated an supported this wonderful cause!

Welcome to Adapt - Lara Strohfeldt 💙

Lara joins the Adapt team as General Manager.

Previously, Lara was an integral member of the Therapy Pro Leadership Team, as Director of Clinical Excellence and Innovation, and Director of Service Delivery over the past four years.

Key to Lara’s drive and energy is her genuine belief that individuals deserve to be the best they can be.
Among the many strengths that Lara brings to Adapt, is previous experience as a Senior Occupational Therapist and a deep understanding of sustainable processes that enable positive outcomes.

Lara’s management experience at an international level in developing business practices, system implementation, customer service, and change management, is pivotal in creating a positive client experience.

With skills and leadership experience working with high-performance teams, Lara combines her efficiency in service delivery to allow clients to get more out of limited resources.

Lara will use her strong combination of skills to lead and develop the areas of clinical practice, governance, quality and innovation, and diversification at Adapt.

Our Physio's Jamie, Yvette, and Leanne are completing the 30km Coastrek for Beyond Blue Support Services.

Along with thousands of other Coastrekkers, mostly women, they will be walking a really, really long way to support the three million people in Australia living with anxiety and depression, and those affected by su***de.

Each contact to the 24/7 Beyond Blue Support Service costs around $48 to answer. Your generosity will help connect people with immediate support, advice and referrals wherever they are.
