What began as a planned two week pause over Christmas slowly stretched into something softer, something we did not rush to end.

Now an almost four month hiatus from this platform. The time passed by in a blink and in that space we found a rhythm we did not realise we were craving.

Social media has never fully felt like home to me. There are moments it feels a little disconnected, a little too polished. But the connection underneath it all, that is real. The beautiful souls, the small businesses, the mummas, the quiet conversations and the relationships that continue to grow. That is what has always drawn me back.

So this is a gentle return. No rush, no pressure, no chasing anything that does not feel aligned. Just showing up as we are and letting that be enough.

It feels like an interesting time to come back. The world is loud and fast and full. But maybe that is where the softness belongs. In choosing when to tune in and when to step away.

The beginning of this year has been slow in the best way. More wandering, more learning, a deeper leaning into ritual and what feels sustainable. Creating clearer boundaries around business and remembering that it is meant to support our life, not consume it. Especially in a season of raising a young family, where the days are full in a different way.

Somewhere in the quiet, we found our way back to why this all began.

Stay close. There is something new coming and it feels really special.

A little summer sparkle in a glass 🌿✨
Our Blue Moon Flow Mocktail is delicious, refreshing and made with our Feminine Flow Tea.

Our beautiful recipe creator has been working with us on this delicious concoction for a while and delivered an absolutely stunning mocktail perfect timing for the festive season, slow afternoons or just because.

Our teas don’t have to be just a tea…

RECIPE ⬇️

BLUE MOON FLOW MOCKTAIL – Featuring Feminine Flow Serving – 2 Prep time – 10–15 min (excluding 1hr & 10min tea brew/chilling prep & 4hr ice cube freezing prep)

INGREDIENTS

MOCKTAIL 2–3 cups Sparkling water (depending on glass size preference) 3–4 Tbsp Flourish Tea Feminine Flow brewed with 1½ cups hot water & chilled (decrease amount for a slightly more subtle flavour) 1 x Lime (juiced) 6–10 drops Monk fruit drops opt (adjust to preferred sweetness) Dehydrated blood orange opt garnish

ICE CUBES 2–3 tsp Blue Spirulina, Blue Butterfly Pea Flower & Blueberry mix Filtered water 1–2 Tbsp Edible dried flowers

SALT RUB 2–3 Tbsp Celtic salt 1 tsp Blue Spirulina, Blue Butterfly Pea Flower & Blueberry mix 3–4 Tbsp Erythritol, monk fruit, stevia or preferred natural sweetener 1–2 tsp Honey 1–2 Tbsp Edible dried flowers

METHOD 1 – Mix all of your ice cube ingredients & carefully pour into desired ice cube moulds. Freeze for 4 hours, or until set. 2 – Mix together all salt rub ingredients, excluding honey. Set aside. 3 – Mix pre-brewed, strained & chilled Feminine Flow shots with the remaining mocktail ingredients (excluding dehydrated blood oranges). Set aside. Refrigerate & store used Flourish Tea Feminine Flow Blend herbs aside for a second use. 4 – Gently glide honey around the mocktail glass rim. Place salt rub mixture flat on a plate & gently press the top against the glass rim. Slowly pour your mocktail mixture into the centre, leaving room for ice cubes. Gently place your ice cubes into the centre & garnish with optional dehydrated blood orange. Enjoy your ever-changing Blue Moon Flow, experiencing your ingredients infuse together to create a beautiful, powerful & supportive mocktail beverage

I can’t get over the wonder of the body.✨ How it has stretched, softened and morphed. Each time creating life, each time a teaching of what strength truly means.

This belly once housed tiny heartbeats, now it holds them in arms. The heart expanded in a way you could have never imaged.

This is love a true, unfiltered, earth-shaking love.

The woman before… she’s no longer here. Each birth has reshaped her body, mind and spirit. Someone new. Stripped back, rebuilt, evolved.

Now, nurturing this new version of self. Rebuilding strength, grounding emotions, and tending to the body with the ancient teachings of herbs and nourishment.

These rituals remind me that healing isn’t about going back, it’s about honouring the becoming.

Because motherhood doesn’t return you to who you were, it transforms you into who you were always meant to be. 🌿
