Position available at Ace Pharmacy Baringa: Pharmacy Assistant
Full-time/Part-time (negotiable)
Are you a motivated individual with strong organisational skills and a passion for customer service? We are seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to join our new and vibrant team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in the pharmacy field, even without prior pharmacy experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist pharmacists in daily operations and provide excellent customer service.
Manage inventory and organise retail and pharmaceutical supplies.
Prioritise tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
Engage with customers with empathy and understanding, addressing their needs.
Embrace a variety of tasks as part of a small, dedicated team.
Key Skills and Attributes:
Previous experience in customer service is required.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to hard work.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate and be an integral part of a team.
Basic computer literacy; familiarity with pharmacy software is a plus.
Comfortable with basic arithmetic (no need to be a maths genius).
Understanding of biology and chemistry is helpful, but not essential.
