You might have got word that a few of our CorePlus Kawana community are gearing up for the Sunny Coast Marathon Weekend in early August (5k,10k, 1/2 or full distances).

Eyrlie + Elly have teamed up with our friends from lululemon Sunshine Plaza store, in celebration of Global Running Day (June 3) - and as the first community training catch up.

Join in tomorrow at Sunshine Social in Cotton Tree - 5:45am ✨

This is for everybody. Walk, jog, run, shuffle, whatever feels good for you. Followed by good coffee together ☕️

No pressure, no expectations, just a chance to move, connect, and start the morning right.

Runner OR NOT. Bring your people, and come be part of a morning that’s all about movement, community, and feeling good. Prams + pups welcome of course!

Today we celebrate TWO years of movement, connection, community and the incredible humans walking through our doors.

Thank you for showing up, bringing your friends, and making CorePlus Kawana what it is today. We honestly couldn’t have imagined the community that’s been built here, and we’re so grateful to celebrate this milestone with all of you.
