How do we cycles map when we are no longer bleeding or our cycle has gone wonky donks?”

This week on phat cosmic chats we discussed the sacred femimine rythms that guide us through womb, moon and solar cycles. Cycles within cycles everpresent even when our womb pauses shedding.

✨️The menstrual cycle as an internal compass.
✨️The Moon as an orienting rhythm.

Astrology and the Midlife Moment

Why midlife is not a crisis, it’s an initiation ✨️

So many people reach their 40s or 50s and suddenly something begins to shift internally.

Life that once felt stable can start to feel uncomfortable or out of alignment.

✨️Relationships change.
✨️Purpose comes into question.
✨️Old patterns rise to the surface.
✨️hormones change in both genders (hello perimeni and meni)

This moment is often labelled a midlife crisis.

But from an astrological perspective, something much deeper is happening.

Midlife is often the activation of powerful planetary cycles that push us toward authenticity, truth, and deeper alignment with what our soul came to discover, share, be, experience, receive and do.

Rather than life falling apart, it can actually be a cosmic initiation into the next phase of our lives.

On Phat Cosmic Chats this (Chooseday) Tuesday, Simi and I are exploring the astrology of the midlife moment and the deeper transitions people experience during this time. Astrological transits mark rite of passage moments, think Saturn Return, Pluto Square, Uranus Opposition, Chiron Return. Every human on planet earth goes through them. Knowing what initiations we are going through, means we have the self agency to participate in an informed way. Making the unconsconsious conscious and redirecting fate!!
