Co-Tenant Opportunity –NDIS/SDA Home | Southern Sunshine Coast.

We are a registered NDIS provider seeking a compatible co-tenant with appropriate NDIS/SDA funding to share a modern Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) home located at the southern end of the Sunshine Coast.

About the Current Resident

Male, mid-20s, receiving 24/7 support.
Receives 2:1 support during parts of the day, particularly for hoist-assisted transfers.
Supported with personal care, meal preparation, and overnight inactive sleepover support.
Diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 3), epilepsy, and is a wheelchair user.
Non-verbal communicator who enjoys singing, watching tv and being outdoors.

Modern 2-bedroom High Physical Support SDA home, plus an Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) room.
Each participant bedroom includes a private ensuite and built-in wardrobe.
The available bedroom is a large, unfurnished room, allowing the new resident to personalise their space.
Spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area.
Covered outdoor alfresco area for relaxation and social activities.
Additional storage available within the garage.
Dedicated company vehicle onsite for community access, appointments, and outings, supported by staff.
