Sciatica or leg pain? These 2 pressure points might help relieve tension fast 👀
✔️ Point 1: Massage into the hollow near the bone for 30 seconds
✔️ Point 2: Start from the base of the thumb and move upward into the tender spot for another 30 seconds
⚠️ It should feel slightly painful or tender while massaging.
👉 Pain on your RIGHT leg = use LEFT hand
👉 Pain on your LEFT leg = use RIGHT hand
