Our practical understanding as owners and operators ensures that we appreciate the evolving needs and aspirations of residents living in

retirement communities. Vision boasts extensive input to all levels of government with its directors and consultants having been heavily involved in the evolution of legislation affecting retirement villages. We know the key to the success of any retirement product is to balance the interests of stakeholders whether they are charities, community organisations, shareholders, investors, staff or, most importantly, residents (or customers). All of the tools and services we provide focus on ‘Community Vitality’, maximising the wellbeing of communities. We have used years of experience and research to understand the social capital of retirement communities and what makes them thrive. It is only through understanding the key indicators of a successful community that you can create, maintain and enhance the community.
