📍 Penshurst, Sydney | Part-Time, 20–25 hrs/week | Mon–Fri, no evenings or weekends

We're looking for an experienced RN to lead our ageing-in-place program, coordinating care services that keep residents safe, well and living independently in the community they call home.

You'll bring:
✅ Current AHPRA registration
✅ 3+ years' experience in aged care, community care or retirement living
✅ Strong assessment, care planning and coordination skills
✅ A proactive, compassionate, people-focused approach
