Some of our team competed in the St. George classic cross country novice champs yesterday. Results:
- .low.running big 5k PB and 4th place overall
- Ella placing 2nd in the 2.5km age category
-Jude man ran the 2.5km with a solid effort despite injury setbacks
- running a 10k PB and joining the club

Today we farewell the best coach, mentor & leader we've ever known. We've all enjoyed your enthusiasm, passion, love and care for us, your family and athletics. Although "thrive never dies" we will all truely miss you as you move on to Queensland.
