↪️ Lula Heated Eye Mask - your choice of 5 different scents. It clips over your ears and stays steady, allowing you to relax down and melt into the bed 😴
↪️ At the end of the session, you can select a crystal to take home (I love this part, seeing what you choose and how it resonates with you) 🙏

✡️ Yesterday I treated myself to a beautiful healing with the lovely Fiona .balance.beautiful_ in Torquay!
Fiona has some incredible service offerings and I enjoyed every single part of my treatment package which included:
- Lymphatic Massage
- Reiki Healing
- Facial
- Sounds and Cards
We’ve been following each other’s businesses on Instagram for a while, and worked out we both did our Reiki Masters Training with the lovely Loretta
I was reminded how important it is for healers (& anyone) to prioritise their self care and carve time out for themselves, despite life’s juggles and pressures.
