I have current availability for NDIS participants who have an interest in music 🎵

A little about me - Jamie

I'm a qualified support worker with five years experience supporting people with disabilities across a wide range of needs, including autism, ADHD, ABIs and epilepsy.

Outside of support work, playing the drums and guitar have been a huge part of my life and I've always found it to be important for my mental & physical wellbeing.

Sessions can include:
🥁 Learning the drums.
🎸 Learning guitar together or building basic guitar skills.
🎤 Casual jam sessions.
🎼 Songwriting.
🎙️ Building confidence by performing for friends, family or at community events.

Ok soooo ... apparently my last Facebook post was almost two years ago!!

(If you’re an ADHDer, you’ll probably understand how I had every intention of posting… but somehow never got around to it).

Since my last post, I took a long break from work to focus on being a mum. I’ve now returned, and there have been a few changes at All-Sorts.

Here are some updates:
- I am currently offering telehealth sessions only.
- I am now offering Peer Consultation sessions for social workers and other professionals around neurodiversity-affirming supports for teens and young adults.
- All-Sorts has a new logo and colour scheme!

I currently have a small amount of availability for therapy sessions (teens/young adults) and peer consultation sessions (professionals), but spaces are very limited!

And for those who know and love Peggy…
Peggy’s official therapy dog training has been on pause while we’ve been navigating the beautiful chaos of raising a toddler. She’s the best big sister and still enjoys napping (and barking) during my telehealth sessions. Hopefully she’ll complete her therapy dog training in the future when life allows.

When will my next post be? 2 weeks, 2 months, another 2 years? (hopefully not – but very likely).
