The Good Thinking Program is a free eight-week group program for anyone in the community wanting to strengthen their mental wellbeing, better manage stress, or develop practical life skills.

Through supportive group sessions, you'll learn helpful strategies for:

โ€ข Challenging unhelpful thinking patterns
โ€ข Building resilience and healthy habits
โ€ข Improving relationships and communication

Our Speech Pathologists work alongside children, adults and older people to help them achieve their communication goals at every stage of life. Whether supporting a child to develop language skills, helping someone recover communication abilities following a stroke, or assisting a person to maintain independence as their needs change, our team helps individuals build the skills and confidence they need to grow.

Communication growth isn't always measured by big milestones. Sometimes it's saying a first word, joining a conversation, expressing a preference, or feeling confident enough to connect with others. Every step forward creates new opportunities.
