💜 During the teenage years, hygiene becomes more important. Does your young person hate washing their hair? This can have different reasons. If it's the runny liquid, try using soap bars instead. They can be a great alternative to shampoo and conditioner!

One of the best parts of our work is hearing how families use Planet Puberty resources in everyday life.
Recently, a parent contacted us to share how much she values our visual schedules, particularly while supporting her child to learn hygiene skills. As she worked through the Cleaning your P***s visual schedule with her child, she noticed an important step was missing. She thoughtfully added it herself and then let us know so we could improve the resource for everyone.
Thanks to her feedback, we've updated our resources and created two new visual schedules:
• Cleaning a circumcised p***s
• Cleaning an uncircumcised p***s
These free resources are now available to download on the Planet Puberty website.
