🧰🧬🤕 Just finished this fantastic short course on Understanding Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), from the University of Tasmania's Dementia Research & Education Centre. Very interesting and important knowledge for a Remedial Massage Therapist to understand; especially given that I personally have had clients present to me who've suffered TBI both in the recent and distant past, of their lives. 🧰🧬🤕

Good Morning! Time for a great little morning muscle exercise. Today's stretch tip is the Page Turner (aka Book Opener). I love this stretch especially in winter. It truly wakes up many muscle groups in the one stretch and really opens out the muscles along the thoracic spine area as well as the chest. Enjoy! 🙌🏃‍♂️

Here's a simple little stretch that I love! All you need is a broom, stick, or light-weight pole, and the stretch hits many muscle groups across the upper and lower body. Enjoy!🧹😊
