📸 Posture Challenge: How Is Your Posture? 🧍♂️🧍♀️
Take 30 seconds today to check your posture!
Stand sideways in front of a mirror or take a side-view photo and ask yourself:
✅ Is your head sitting directly above your shoulders?
✅ Are your shoulders relaxed and not rounded forward?
✅ Is your upper back relatively upright?
✅ Are your hips level and balanced?
✅ Is your weight evenly distributed through both feet?
If you answered "no" to any of these, it may be worth looking into your posture and movement patterns. Small changes can make a big difference in reducing aches, improving movement, and preventing future injuries 💪
