It's that time of year when the beginning of daylight savings is fast approaching. This Sunday 6th of October 2am becomes 3am creating more sunlight in the evening hours.
Moving the clock by one hour disrupts the bodies circadian rhythm (the internal light and dark cues for sleep and wake) and it may take several days to adjust. To help smooth the transition setting your bedtime (and rise time) earlier by 15 minutes each day for 3-4 nights in advance may help.

On Monday 2nd of September Peninsula Sleep Clinic held it's bi-annual CPAP Appreciation Day. This event is designed to give back to our CPAP patient group with a free consultation including; data review, mask re-fit and device and mask clean.
The day was fully booked and very well received. It was nice to touch base with our patients that are on long-term care and make sure their treatment was working optimally.
