Have your say on the future of NDIS support coordination.
The Australian Government has announced a consultation period for a new NDIS support coordination and connection service, starting 1 July 2028. It will replace the way participants receive support coordination, and the design is still open for feedback.
The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing and the NDIA want to hear what you think about:
• what the service should do
• quality and safeguarding arrangements
• how services could be delivered
• how participants are supported to understand, access and coordinate their supports
People with disability, families, carers and kin, advocates, providers and workers can all take part. If support coordination affects your work or your day to day life, this is the point where your experience can shape it.
