Same hands. Different approach.

Dry massage gives your therapist more grip for targeted muscle work.

Oil massage allows more glide for smoother, flowing techniques.

Neither is automatically better. It depends on the treatment, technique and what you're comfortable with.

Your massage. Your comfort. Your treatment.

Shoulder pain doesn't always start in the shoulder.

A pinched nerve can cause symptoms like tingling, pins and needles, burning pain or symptoms travelling down the arm.

A local shoulder injury may feel more concentrated around the joint.

Not sure what's causing your pain? Don't guess.

Think it’s time to get it checked? Schedule a consultation 📅 Link in Bio.

A stiff neck isn't always just about stretching.

💪Neck strength matters too💪

Building strength can help improve neck stability, movement control and your ability to handle everyday and sporting demands.

Your neck deserves more than a stretch and a shrug.

LOOKS THE SAME, HITS DIFFERENT: Clamshells vs Fire Hydrants

They look pretty similar… but they’re not doing exactly the same thing.

🔥Clamshells: controlled hip activation.
🔥Fire hydrants: hip strength through movement.

Same glutes. Different stimulus.

Save this for your next workout session.

Types of Braces & Their Functions

Not all braces do the same job.

From compression sleeves to immobilising splints, the right brace depends on what you’re trying to support, protect or offload.

Compression, stability, movement control or pain management? There’s a brace for different needs.

Not sure what you need?

Ever wondered why your muscles hurt 1–2 days after training? 💪💪💪

That's DOMS: delayed onset muscle soreness.

It commonly occurs after a new exercise, returning from a break or a particularly intense session as your muscles adapt to a new training load.

What can help?
✔️ Gentle movement
✔️ Light activity
✔️ Hydration
✔️ Remedial massage

What to avoid? Hammering the same sore muscles with another heavy session.

A little soreness can be part of adaptation. Constant soreness that keeps affecting your training is worth looking into.

Have you ever wondered what early rehab looks like for a gymnast?

Here are two early stage exercises that begin to mimic gymnastic positions early on. It’s always better to start sooner, rather than later, with the goal always front of mind.

If you know any gymnasts looking to get back into what they love, send us a DM or feel free to call us at 0421 867 437 for a structured return to sport program!
