SPLIT STANCE, SIT TO STAND
The split stance, sit to stand is a great way to progress a normal squat or sit to stand to work your way towards a single leg squat.
Pop one leg in front and out straight, as you sit back to the bench shifting your weight into the back leg.
Focus on driving through your feet and extending your hips at the top of the range.
