Term 4 has started 🤸💪

At AbilityFit, we use games, movement and small-group activities to help kids build confidence, get to know others and enjoy moving with coaches who join in the fun.

Small groups , big confidence 🤸

We’re welcoming children aged 8–12 for a FREE trial this term.

📍 Dee Why , Northern Beaches
🕓 Younger groups: Monday–Thursday at 4pm - 5pm and Saturday at 10:30am -11.30 am

Message us “TRIAL” and we’ll help you find a suitable session.
