That’s exactly why we created Ability Fit.

💛 Our School Holiday Program is designed for kids and teens who thrive in smaller groups and a supportive environment.

Over the holidays we’ll be working on:

✅ Social connection
✅ Fun activities
✅ Making new friendships

For many of our kids, this is the place where they finally feel comfortable joining in, being active and connecting with others.
