Two Summers is based in the Sutherland Shire, and services all greater Sydney.

•DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKERS•

Our services include:

· Personal care

· Food preparation

· Domestic duties

· Shopping

· Social outings

· Support for all allied health therapies

•HOUSING•

Supports can be in an array of accommodation, tailored to the individuals needs of each client. This includes:

· Independent Living Options (ILO)

· Mid-term Accommodation (MTA)

· Supported Independent Living (SIL)

· Short Term Accommodation (STA)

· Support in the individuals home

•NURSING•

Our Registered Nurses are experienced in all aspects of nursing, and we are proud to include Clinical Nurse Specialists, Educators, Clinical Nurse Consultants in the following areas:

• Diabetes

• Aged care

• Early Onset Dementia

• Continence

• Intensive Care

• Respiratory

• Wound care (including post amputation management)

• TPN

Today we celebrate the beauty and importance of sign languages and the many ways people communicate, connect and express themselves.

The 2026 theme, “Sign languages unite us,” highlights how sign languages bring people together, create connection and help build more inclusive communities.

Let’s continue to embrace different ways of communicating and create spaces where everyone feels included, understood and valued.

This week, we’re taking a moment to raise awareness, encourage understanding and show our support for people living with dementia and their families.

Let’s keep the conversation going, challenge stigma and help create communities where everyone feels included, respected and supported.

Looking after our own 💛

One of our valued nurses, Bronwyn, and her family are currently facing an incredibly difficult time as her 16-year-old son, Cooper, remains in intensive care following serious complications during a heart procedure.

Cooper has been a fighter his entire life, having already undergone four heart surgeries. Now, his family needs the time and space to focus completely on Cooper and their other children without the added pressure of work, bills and everyday expenses.

If you’re able to donate or share the fundraiser, any support would mean so much to the Martini family during this heartbreaking time.

Let’s get behind one of our own and show Cooper and his family that they have a whole community standing beside them. 💛
