Nice to get home after an awesome trip to UK and Paris. Got some good work done with Kelsey Bennett and John Serhan, played some great golf courses, got to explore cool new places with my #1 Kimberly Green, visited some iconic sites, tasted some of the local food and new experiences. Very grateful that I get to work and travel and see the world.

That’s a wrap on 2 weeks in the UK with Kelsey Bennett. Not the results we wanted but always learning and getting better. Thanks to the team John Serhan, Emma Ash and Michael Baines, I’m very grateful to be able to work and travel with such great people. Now for some holiday time for the next 2 weeks. How good is golf! _

Connection is often talked about in the golf swing, and then I see people pinning their arms to their side to achieve it. Problem here is wrong muscle recruitment is reinforced and arms cannot elevate.
When I think about connection, I think about a base of a stabilised and controlled scapula, creating a stable platform for the arms to move freely off, and also allow power transfer from body to arms and club. Easy to talk about but hard to get! doing a decent job here, left shoulder needs to get a bit better and need to watch that he doesn’t substitute with back muscles, but on the way to better “connection”.

Great to have Trav Smyth in for a check up today before he heads off for LIV Golf in Mexico. He has been on fire so far this year, proof that the work behind the scenes pays off. Looking forward to seeing for the rest of the year! Let’s go!!! _

It has been quite the week! A great experience working at Vietnam Golf Association high performance camp with Q Golf helping young Vietnamese players with their development. Meanwhile back home BP 🇦🇺 Coby Carruthers Will Moody and Jake Riley all earned their playing rights on Challenger PGA Tour of Australasia through Q school. Very cool to be able to start working with great young people in Vietnam, while a group of great young Aussies I have had the pleasure of helping and knowing are making the next steps in their golf careers. Very grateful for my job … how good is golf! _

Pretty cool weekend when 2 players I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with since they were juniors both get a win! Very proud of and !
