HIGH-INTENSITY SUPPORT WORKERS – CHATSWOOD AREA

We are currently seeking experienced High-Intensity Support Workers in the Chatswood area to support young participants aged approximately 8–15 years.

We are particularly looking for workers who are confident and experienced in:

• Complex seizure management
• Suctioning
• Airway and respiratory support
• Supporting participants with complex medical needs

Previous experience in these areas is preferred. Additional training will be provided, and all successful applicants will complete a competency/challenge assessment prior to commencing employment.

Current shifts available:
🌙 12-hour overnight shifts
👥 Supernumerary shifts available for orientation and training
🚆 Most participants are conveniently located close to train stations or accessible by public transport
🏠 Participants live at home with supportive and welcoming families

All staff are employed under the SCHADS Award, with shifts generally ranging from 8–12 hours.
