Our beautiful Sir Douglas has a way of bringing joy and lightness to everyone he meets.

Whether it’s a cuddle, a pat or a good brush of his fluffy coat, he makes even the simplest activities enjoyable.

And while our participants are busy giving him some love, they’re also moving, engaging and connecting.

The beauty of animal companionship. Sometimes the simplest things make the biggest difference. 💜

A little look at this week’s meal prep at Heartful, thanks to our very own meal prep babe, Jules! 👩‍🍳
Resourceful and creative in the kitchen, Jules knows how to make delicious, nutritious meals using simple, affordable ingredients.
This week’s menu features Korean sticky beef with brown rice and greens, chicken scaloppine with a cacciatore twist, and fusilli with tuna, capers and fresh tomato sauce. Making everyday meals a little easier and tastier for our participants. 💜

Christine and Safiye had a wonderful time visiting the RSPCA NSW Sydney Adoption Centre. They really enjoyed meeting and seeing some of the beautiful pets being cared for there. They were very grateful for the experience and thankful for the opportunity to spend time with the animals❤️. support 😄

Nothing brings people together quite like good food, good company and a whole lot of laughter. ❤️

Our Italian Cook-Off was a huge success! We learned new cooking skills, worked as a team, shared stories and enjoyed an incredible feast together.
