So grateful to celebrate these beautiful students alongside the Highlands Centre For Healing community. 🙏

Reiki I training was a wonderful day of learning, covering the history of Reiki, its benefits, and how to access and channel Reiki's healing energy for yourself and others. We shared rich conversations and personal testimonials of how Reiki has brought the body back into balance for children, adults, and even our furry loved ones.

Each student arrived open-hearted and willing, and that openness created the magic.

The real depth came when students began practising on each other and provided feedback in the moment and the following days.

A student who had carried 8 years of knee pain left completely pain-free and has remained so since. Another felt the tender presence of her mother who had passed, as though being held by her. Another amazing testament is a child, who normally takes an hour to settle, was peacefully asleep within 15 minutes of receiving Reiki, a blessing for bith mother and child.❣

A special treat to practice our Reiki skills on the amazing herd at the centre. 🐴🙏💖

We truly are spirits living in a physical body, and Reiki opens the door to connect with Universal Life Force energy, transforming our lives and those around us. A rich reminder of living our lives in the highest vibrations.

I am still grooving for the sick kids and their parents to stay at Ronald MacDonald House. I was a very sick kid and had emergency surgery at 7 years with a Peritonitis and spent a long time in hospital… this was in the 70s when there wasn’t support for families like they have these days. Greateful I can do something small for these families. 💃💃💃💃💕💕

Loving the momentum of dancing and finding great songs. Even got a chance too dance in my sparkly sequin pants! ✨✨✨

What a wonderful surprise this morning to walk into a space of wonderful memories, an abundance of flowers and a pamper voucher for Mother’s Day…. Being a mother for 21 years.

Blessed to spend the day with Kyla and missing Jorja.❤️

Honouring all mothers that have gone before us and my lineage who paved my way and for my girls and beyond. Thank you mum for being my best mother. 💖

Do you have an energy kit? 🌿

Are you feeling mentally, physically, emotionally exhausted?

Happy Fun Frequency Friday. Love my Friday morning dance with 💃🌈✨ and then I created an Inner Journey Soul Card.

I Am Joyful Creating Sweetness ❤️✨ my soul is asking for playfulness, lightness to be creative in service.

When life gets heavy and overwhelmed it’s good to tap into joy - for me that’s joy (weekly rituals) and to ask for soul guidance in expression.
