Are you passionate about helping people achieve their goals and navigate the NDIS space?

Euroa Care is looking for a dedicated Support Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work closely with participants, their families, and service providers to build capacity, coordinate supports, and help them make the most of their NDIS plans.

We're looking for someone with relevant qualifications and experience in social work, community services, psychology, law, or a related field, along with strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Steve had a relaxed day out in the community yesterday. They went for a drive to Kiama and stopped in the main street for lunch at a local pie shop.

After lunch, they enjoyed a scenic drive around Kiama before heading back home. Later on, they watched a documentary about the Australian outback.

Michael spent the day in Liverpool exploring outlet stores and enjoying time in the local community. He went through different shops looking at shoes and clothes.

After shopping, he stopped at Krispy Kreme for a milkshake and a few doughnuts. A simple day out supporting community access, choice, and independence! 😎

Tuesday cooking group:

Jordan and Breeana headed out to Macarthur Square for groceries, taking charge of the shopping list, using self-checkout, and practicing safe community skills.

Back at Breakaway, they got straight into cooking and home routines by preparing dumpling lasagne, chicken schnitzels, and omelettes, while also unpacking a new fridge and resetting the space together!

The day wrapped up with cleaning, packing up, and some basketball outside before heading home πŸ€

Another great Thursday Men's Cooking session! πŸ”

This week, the group worked together to make homemade burgers, wedges, and Filipino muffins. There was plenty of chopping, mixing, BBQ cooking, and teamwork throughout the day.

It was fantastic to see everyone getting involved, trying new skills, helping each other, and enjoying a well-earned lunch together. Nothing beats sitting down to enjoy a homemade burger after all that hard work! πŸ‘
