👣Plantar Fasciitis👣
A friend recently asked me,
“Can Reflexology help with Plantar Fasciitis?”
Her partner had been experiencing sharp pain under the foot, especially when getting out of bed in the morning.

My answer is:
Your body knows how to heal. My role is simply to support and encourage that natural process.🌿🌿🌿
 However, reflexology may help support recovery by improving circulation, easing tension, and helping to manage discomfort.
In my clinic, I focus on:
✨ Releasing tension in the calves and Achilles tendon to reduce stress on the plantar fascia
✨ Supporting posture and body alignment through spinal and lower back reflex points
✨ Encouraging the body’s natural healing processes through adrenal and kidney reflex points
✨ Improving blood flow and lymphatic circulation to help nourish tissues and remove waste products

I was honoured to be invited as a guest speaker at the RAoA Animal Branch Meeting.🥣💚🌿🥰

I introduced the Japanese healing instrument, the Singing Ring, shared a demonstration, and guided a sound bath session for 26 participants.

🌿 Crown Chakra Healing
“I could feel my breathing improve & sinus clearing.”

“This treatment is very different from the hands-on massage work I usually do. It was interesting to experience a different approach.”

The sound was very soft, so I thought people at the back of the room might not be able to hear it. However, one participant sitting about 2 metres away shared: “I could feel the vibration from the back of the room.”
