Puffy eyes + dark circles… but you’re getting enough sleep? 👀

There can be more behind that “tired” appearance than simply needing more rest.

Under-eye puffiness and dark circles can be influenced by a number of factors — including fluid accumulation, genetics, pigmentation, facial anatomy, ageing and lifestyle factors.

This is why I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. 🌿

In clinic, I assess each person individually and, where appropriate, treatment may incorporate techniques such as cosmetic acupuncture and lymphatic drainage.

The goal is to understand what may be contributing to YOUR concerns and create an individualised treatment approach.
