The lack of a sound philosophy is the biggest and most common problem I see in New Grad Chiropractors.
Itâs easy to point the finger at your university but the reality is that winners will take accountability and ownership, losers will blame everyone but themselves.
Ok, so youâve taken ownership, but that doesnât take away from the fact that itâs actually really challenging to develop.
Especially if youâre going solo without the right resources, mentors and systems in place.
To help guide you, it takes:
⢠Experience
⢠Perspective
⢠Time
Most just havenât had enough of those yet.
The lack of a sound philosophy makes everything feel harder in practice.
You second guess.
You hesitate.
Your patients feel it.
If you want to accelerate, you need to be more intentional about WHAT youâre learning and WHO youâre learning from.
Thatâs exactly why I created the podcast.
