Presented for the first time this year, the award recognises a team that has faced its fair share of challenges, but kept battling.

And that one really hit home.

Our journey hasn’t always been easy. There have been highs, lows and some incredibly challenging moments along the way. But through it all, we’ve never lost sight of why we started:
