**A little Yellowstone magic 🌿✨**
I recently had the absolute joy of exploring Yellowstone National Park with my Mum and brother, and I’ve come home feeling incredibly grateful for the experience.
There was something so special about being surrounded by such vast, wild and beautiful nature — the mountains, rivers, forests, geothermal landscapes and the incredible wildlife. It was a wonderful reminder of just how much beauty, intelligence and resilience exists in the natural world when we simply allow ourselves to pause and appreciate it.
Spending time in nature also reminded me why I find working with the human body so fascinating and rewarding.
The body is, in so many ways, a reflection of nature — constantly adapting, responding, regulating and working towards balance. There is an incredible innate capacity within us to heal, restore and find our way back towards health.
Being in Yellowstone made me feel a renewed sense of excitement and wonder about the work I get to do every day: supporting people and their bodies, and witnessing the remarkable things the human body is capable of when we give it the right environment and opportunity to thrive.
Mostly, I’m just grateful — for the adventure, for time with my family, for the beauty of this incredible planet, and for the privilege of working with people and their bodies every day. 💚
Here are a few moments from our Yellowstone adventure. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did! 🏔️🦬🌲
