A little something personal from me today. 🤍

18 years ago today, my beautiful daughter Anabella was born sleeping.

There are some dates that simply become part of you, no matter how many years pass. And while life continues to grow and change around them, the love never does.
So today, alongside everything else, I’m taking a little time to remember her, to honour her and to quietly wonder about the beautiful young woman she might have become.

Always learning, always improving.

This weekend I’ll be completing training in Functional Cupping — a technique that works beautifully alongside remedial massage to help release tight fascia, improve circulation and support better movement.
Functional cupping uses suction to lift the tissue, helping to reduce tension and encourage the body’s natural recovery process.

I’m really looking forward to incorporating this into treatments at RenOra soon.
