Always learning, always improving.

This weekend I’ll be completing training in Functional Cupping — a technique that works beautifully alongside remedial massage to help release tight fascia, improve circulation and support better movement.
Functional cupping uses suction to lift the tissue, helping to reduce tension and encourage the body’s natural recovery process.

I’m really looking forward to incorporating this into treatments at RenOra soon.

After her session today, a client told me she didn’t feel anxious for the first time in a while. Massage isn’t just about muscles — it also helps calm the nervous system, shift the body out of fight-or-flight, and create space to breathe again.
