NableU is building systems around people, instead of forcing people to fit the system.
We are starting with disability support: helping participants find workers and services that actually fit who they are, how they communicate, what they need and what matters to them; then supporting the relationship from first connection through conversations, meet-and-greets, agreements, scheduling and ongoing support.

But NableU is much more than another NDIS marketplace.
We are building a participant-controlled ecosystem for navigating life: private self-knowledge, cognitive and executive-function support, community, employment and enterprise, learning, creativity, practical capability and meaningful connection.
Ikirōne provides an intelligent companion designed to help people understand information, manage attention, think through decisions and navigate the system without taking control away from them. NableHoods extend that philosophy into communities; digitally first, and ultimately through accessible physical spaces for making, repairing, creating, learning, teaching and contributing.

The goal is not to make disability services more efficient at managing people.
The goal is to give people better infrastructure for managing their own lives.

Have your say ok how planning and budgeting is done.
NableU have submitted our response.
We have called for the need for assessments to be conducted across multiple locations and time to ensure the challenges and needs are captured properly, and not in isolation.
Masking, environmental factors, travel, medication, and stress levels can all contribute to variable symptom presentations.

We appreciate that an assessment then drives so many decisions in funding and support. If the assessment is not fully capturing the needs of the participant, they can end to funded for things they don't need, or not funded for things they need.

Have your say on proposed NDIS new framework planning and NDIS support rules.

We are making changes to the NDIS to ensure it is sustainable for future generations.

The proposed rules explain how support needs assessments and budgets could work under a new planning approach. We're working with states, territories and the disability community on these changes.

We want to hear from NDIS participants and the disability community to help shape the final rules.
