Your lymphatic system works around the clock to help move excess fluid, support immune function, and remove waste from your tissues. Unlike your circulatory system, it doesn’t have a pump—it relies on movement, breathing, and muscle activity to keep things flowing.
Lymphatic massage is a gentle technique that can help encourage healthy lymph flow, reduce temporary swelling, and promote a sense of relaxation and lightness. Whether you’re looking to support your wellness routine or simply unwind, it can be a calming addition to your self-care.
Listen to your body, stay hydrated, keep moving, and make time for the care you deserve. 💚
