NDIS Registered Provider Welcome to Support Agency! We are a registered NDIS provider offering support coordination and specialist support coordination.

We can guide you to access the scheme and use your funding appropriately to meet your goals. We work with network providers to ensure participants get support in all avenues, including working with DCJ, NSW Health and an array of allied health and SDA/SIL providers.

What are “duplicate supports” in the NDIS?

It’s when two or more services are doing very similar things.

With recent changes, the NDIS is looking more closely at this, and may not fund overlapping supports.

That’s why it’s important that:

• Each provider has a clear role
• Supports work together, not against each other
• Your plan is structured in a way that makes sense

Good collaboration leads to better outcomes, and helps make sure your supports are approved and effective.
