A little duck wisdom for today… 🦆

Ducks remind us to go with the flow, stay grounded through change and not let every little thing disturb our peace.

They move between water, land and sky, a beautiful reminder that we can adapt, let go and keep moving forward with a little more ease.

Sometimes the spiritual message really is… just go with the flow……………….

A little Bali self-care.

I spent the day at Shanti Boutique Retreat Bali, slowing down and taking some time for me. We did meditation, yoga, cleansing and healing, with plenty of time to relax, have fun and simply enjoy being in the moment.

Such a beautiful, peaceful day and exactly the little reset I needed. 🤍
