At Talk About we take our supervision sessions seriously. The industry standard is that new graduates have 1:1 supervision for 1 hour per week in the minimum.
This allows us to improve our clinical reasoning, caseload management, and build professional confidence.
It also prevents burnout and provides a safe space to debrief challenging clinical scenarios.
