🎤 GET TO KNOW DARCY

Next up in our Get to Know the Activate Team series — Darcy! 👋

We put Darcy in the hot seat with a few very important questions:

💙 What do you love most about your job?
🧠 What would you be if you weren’t an EP?
🏖 Favourite thing to do on the weekend?
🏋️ Favourite exercise?
👀 And what’s your hidden talent?

Based on his hidden talent I think we can finally go for a golf-themed Christmas party this year ⛳️😂

Watch and learn a little something new about Darcy!

🎤 GET TO KNOW OLIVER

You might think you already know Oliver as one of our Exercise Physiologists… but he might have the best hidden talent! 👀😂

We put Oliver in the hot seat:
💙 What do you love most about your job?
👷‍♂️ What would you be if you weren’t an EP?
🏖 Favourite thing to do on the weekend?
🏋‍♂️ Favourite exercise?
🎭 And most importantly… what’s your hidden talent?

We had to test Oliver's talent with a live demonstration 😂👏

We hope you learn something new about Oliver!

Sometimes the best motivation is a little outside the box... 💦🔥😂

Check out the latest episode of The Mitch & Hany Show! 🎬

I've been working with Mitch over many years and I'm always looking for new ways to keep him engaged, exercising and having fun. This time, the reward for all his hard work was getting to spray the hose and put out the fire 🔥

Most people know I'm a wannabe comedian and working with Mitch I get to practice my comedy show. But you better believe that behind all the fun is plenty of hard work, with every exercise focused on helping Mitch build strength, coordination, confidence and independence.

We wouldn't have it any other way. 💙

Our awesome admin officer, Karen, has some big news to share with everyone 🥹

For the past 5 years, Karen has been the friendly face greeting clients, the reassuring voice on the phone, and an important part of our clinic family.

As Karen begins her well-earned retirement, I sat down with her to reflect on her career, some of her favourite memories, what she'll miss most, and what's next for her.

Thank you for everything you've done for our clients, our team, and our clinic. Your kindness, care, and dedication have made a lasting impact on so many people. We will miss you so much. We wish you nothing but happiness, good health, and plenty of adventures in retirement.

Join us in wishing Karen all the very best for this next chapter. 👏💙
